Abstract :
The analytical expressions of the order of the singularity of the electric and magnetic field near to an edge are reported in the case of four right wedges and, possibly, an infinitely thin perfectly conducting sheet. The results were found following Meixner´s theory and using a general procedure for writing explicitly the characteristic equations for any number of different wedges. These results may be useful, for example, in connection with numerical methods for the full-wave analysis of microwave and optical integrated circuits.<>
