Abstract :
Current development efforts with compact ranges are concerned primarily with optimizing the performance of compact ranges. The relationship of the diameter of the test zone to the beamwidth of the feed pattern and to the focal point of a point-source compact range is addressed. Parametric design information is presented in graphical form.
