Abstract :
Revised evaluation criteria and an evaluation test procedure have been specified for HBS conformance testing (CT) on the basis of the results of previous experiments. A standard interface unit (IFU), an IFU test device, and a standard transmission medium system have also been developed. A system experiment that was conducted to verify the usefulness of the proposed CT method is reported and improvements are made in the specifications. The specific functions that a standard IFU must possess as a home automation measuring device are also defined along with the conditions that a standard transmission channel must possess
