Abstract :
Expressions are derived for the electromagnetic field due to a known circular cylindrical monopole electric current and a coaxial transverse electromagnetic (TEM) mode aperture distribution, both in an infinite parallel plate waveguide. The results have application, among others, to analysis of lens arrays of coaxially fed monopoles in parallel plate regions.
