  • Abstract
    The dynamic polarisation fluctuation in optical fibre submarine cable coupling under periodic variable tension of 4¿7 tons is presented. It is confirmed that the polarisation fluctuation of the optical fibre submarine cable coupling changes linearly with the periodic variable tension.
