Abstract :
Uniqueness theorems are proven for static integral equations that are used to determine the constants in the low-frequency expressions for scattering from perfectly conducting cylinders and cylindrical bumps and dents in ground planes. The constants are evaluated for a number of geometries, and the general low-frequency expressions are confirmed by comparing them to low-frequency results obtained from exact time-harmonic eigenfunction solutions
