  • Abstract
    In this note, we study the decentralized stabilization problem of linear, time-invariant, large scale interconnected systems with delays without any assumption of system structure. Our main result here is the sufficient condition for the decentralized stabilization. One application of the procedures to the decentralized observers is also presented
