  • Abstract
The result of a measurement or a computation cannot be complete unless it is accompanied by a quantitative indication of its uncertainty. Understanding the true meaning of using numbers while expressing results, thoughts, ideas, truth, etc., is important. Therefore, fundamental innumeracy terms and concepts are reviewed, and randomness in tests, experiments, and numerical calculations is summarized in this tutorial.
