Abstract :
A multiscale morphology scheme for enhancing local contrast of a coronary angiogram is proposed. The method consists of a combined top- hat operator with structuring elements of different dimensions, which corresponds to the vessel diameter at each pixel point estimated by a group of Gabor wavelets under different orientation and scale. Experiment shows the results on a real angiogram.
