Abstract :
The present paper is an extension of my earlier work which was found necessary in order to account for the observed convection for both large-and small temperature differences. General expressions are developed, by the method of dimensions, which enable us to calculate the convection from any system of similar bodies when the three undetermined constants K, m, and n have been experimentally determined. The available experinmental data for horizontal and vertical cylinders, spheres and plane surfaces have been analyzed and the results expressed in the form of simple equations.
