Abstract :
Fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) has become one of the major topics occupying mobile and fixed line service providers in recent months. The concept could result in significant changes to the way in which mobile and fixed line operators work, bringing both services together so that users can experience the best service and lowest costs for any given situation.
