Abstract :
Zhang has proposed the maximum-likelihood (ML) integer frequency offset (IFO) estimator for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems. However, his solution to multi-path channels is quite limited. We further investigate the problem and propose an improved IFO estimator to solve the problem in multi-path channels.
