Abstract
A model for low frequency rotational switching of the magnetization in magnetic materials, leading to individual
curves, is given. Magnetocrystalline and stress induced anisotropy energies are averaged under the assumption of strong intergranular interaction. Consideration is given to the manner in which
curve characteristics are related to such factors as crystallite orientation, mechanical stresses, and material constants
