Abstract :
The present document is a revision of the state-of-the-art of the problem of the life of the power transformer immersed in oil. The problem of the difference between life of the isolation and life of the power transformer is reviewed, the loading guides of IEEE and IEC are analyzed and, the difference that exists between both loading guides to different values of temperature is shown.
