Abstract :
For the original article see ibid., vol.5, no.2, p.45-7 (1995). In the aforementioned paper, the authors Jevtic and Lee claimed that they proved the measured equation of invariance (MEI) to be not invariant to excitation. The commenter now points out what is considered to be a defect of their proof. In reply the authors reject this and explain why they stand by their original conclusion.<>
