  • Abstract
    Demonstrates both theoretically and experimentally that low switching voltage, in comparison to those characterizing other modulators, can be obtained with single-mode crossing channel structures at the wavelength of 1.32 μm. Design considerations for obtaining the low switching voltage are presented
