Abstract :
A 0.6 V 720 nW relaxation oscillator fabricated in a standard 0.13 mum CMOS process is proposed as the clock generation circuit for EPC standard UHF RFID transponders. A less than 2% frequency variation is achieved at the frequency of 5.65 MHz when supply voltage varies from 0.6 to 1.0 V.
