Abstract :
The problem of decentralized output feedback stabilization of a class of nonlinear interconnected systems is considered. On the basis of the linear-quadratic design, a sufficient condition for the existence of the decentralized output feedback control of the problem is presented. An estimation of the associated stability domain is also given. An application to the decentralized control of a large-scale telescope is presented to illustrate the use of the results
