Abstract
A new solution for a bulk-driven ultra-low-voltage operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) is described. While implemented in a standard 0.18 μm CMOS process, the circuit provides linear operation (total harmonic distortion <;1%) for rail-to-rail input swing and supply voltages ranging from 0.25 to 0.5 V. The good linearity performance is Maintained over a large range of transconductances and biasing currents.
