Abstract :
Dr Zhou´s observation that the proof as given in the work of Singh is valid only for non-singular Ataumacr is correct and noteworthy. It appears, however, that there are a number of ways to show that (24) implies the global asymptotic stability of the origin of (12) even if Ataumacr is singular. One way, as the author shows, emerges from Singh itself.
