Abstract :
Video frequency linearity measurements made on small-area high-radiance LED´s show significant variation of distortion as a function of modulation frequency and diode bias. The second-and third-harmonic distortion levels may increase by 35 dB as the frequency is changed from 0.5 to 8 MHz.
