Abstract
An automated measuring system for one-to-ten volt DC measurements has been developed at SP (the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute). A new voltage divider has been built which makes it possible to make all measurements using a voltmeter with nanovolt resolution. An active guard system has been built up and an evaluation procedure for the low thermal scanner used has been established. The uncertainty (1σ) for the measuring system is ±0.08×10-6
