Abstract :
The automatic measuring arrangement described provides impedance measurement in the low frequency range with relative errors of only a few parts per million. In contrast to former publications, all components of the designed arrangement are of modular construction, which results in a variable structure of the measuring arrangement and permits measurement of nearly any n-port device
