Abstract
Modeling techniques are presented for simulation of hybrid (partly electrical, partly magnetic) networks on electrical network simulators. The frequency dependence of the permeability is modeled by a relaxation description, which leads to frequency-independent component values in the network model. The hybrid models can be used for analyses in both the time and frequency domain and for noise analyses. The modeling techniques are applied to a ferrite ring and a ferrite head
