Abstract :
Robert H. Park, 91, inventor and engineer, died February 18. He had lived in Providence the last 10 years. Although his main field was electrical engineering, Park´s work covered several disciplines. At one time, he worked as a chemical engineer in charge of physics research. In the 1950s and 1960s he owned a company in Brewster, Massachusetts, that made plastic bottles; he invented the machinery to automate the process, and at the same time was an independent consultant.
