Abstract :
As the old adage goes: Build a better mouse trap and the world will beat a path to your door. This is literally what happened to Agrizap, Inc., a small company in the rodent control business. As is also well known, protecting your turf once you have built the better mouse trap is no easy task. The recent case of Agrizap v. Woodstream from the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) shows just how tough it can be.
