Abstract :
Over the years, many organisations have dealt with the problem of quality assurance calibration requirements and accreditation. Documentation produced by these organisations has established a firm realisation of the various requirements for a comprehensive calibration system. This paper describes the history of such documentation and the accreditation authorities
