  • Abstract
    Spatially scannable electron beam pumped laser emission from ZnSxSe1-xhas been observed from the "end pumped" configuration. Laser wavelength was observed to vary from 415 to 430 nm at 77 K as a result of variation in the crystal composition. Peak pulse powers of 4.5 W were measured.
