20 Members of SSCS Elevated to IEEE Fellow Grade in 2013 [People]

IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) nominees John Barth, Tzi-Dar Chiueh, Marco Corsi, Kadaba Lakshmikumar, Ali Niknejad, Francesco Svelto, Mirotaka Tamura, and Ingrid Verbauwhede were among 297 IEEE Senior Members elevated to Fellow status in 2013. The IEEE Board of Directors confers the grade of Fellow upon persons with extraordinary accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest. The number of Fellows selected in a given year cannot exceed one-tenth of a percent of the total voting membership. IEEE Fellow is the highest grade of membership and is recognized by the technical community as a prestigious honor and an important career achievement.
