Abstract
A small-current doubler has been fabricated that utilizes the quantum current-mirror effect in capacitively coupled arrays of mesoscopic Josephson junctions. The device showed expected doubler behavior for currents in the 10 picoampere range. The feasibility of producing a current multiplier that is based on this effect has been ascertained.
