  • Abstract
Interlayer exchange interactions in Co/Ru/Co trilayer structures are investigated by ferromagnetic resonance and inplane magnetization measurements. Oscillations in the exchange coupling between the two Co layers are observed with the variation of the Ru thickness. The ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectra in the strongly anti-parallel coupled films were significantly modified from that of a single-layer system, and the results are in excellent agreement with previous predictions
