Amendments to the Constitution of the Institute of Radio Engineers

The following amendmeints to the Constitution of the Institute were submitted to the membership for vote, in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Constitution. Having been adopted by the membership by the vote given in each case below the text of the amendment, they are now a portion of the Constitution of the Institute. The attention of the membership is accordingly directed to their text, as here given.
