Abstract :
A converter using a self-oscillated class C converter for noncontact charging of the rechargeable cell with electromagnetic coupling is proposed. The oscillating condition of the circuit matches the condition of the transformer, the output voltage is always sinusoidal, and the noise of the circuit and the core loss of the transformer due to harmonics are small. The oscillating condition as a class C converter is automatically adjusted by a simple bias circuit which is composed of a diode and a resistor
