Abstract :
It is shown that spin-reorientation phase transition takes place in the copper subsystem of Nd2CuO4 under the action of magnetic field normal to the tetragonal crystal axis. The dependence of the elastic moduli on magnetic field in the vicinity of the phase transition point is investigated
