Abstract :
To analyse the features of the ionised field produced by an HVDC transmission line, the unipolar weak corona performance is carefully investigated. In addition, in view of the facility of design performed with laboratory models, some guidelines are given for the scaling of experimental data derived from small-electrode installations to full-scale systems
