Abstract :
YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) microstripline resonator Q-values are discussed for both Au and Nb grounds at 6 GHz and at liquid He temperature. Unloaded Q-values (Q u) larger than 105 were obtained for good-quality YBCO microstrips with Nb grounds. Qu power dependences and resonance curve asymmetries (due to nonlinear phenomena) were studied for YBCO films of different qualities with both Au and Nb grounds
