Write and erase waveforms for high-resolution AC plasma display panels

The successful operation of ac plasma display panels (PDP) depends on the optimization of panel parameters such as chamber gap, gas pressure, line width, and the use of half or full-select cancellation techniques. As resolution increases, however, so does the importance of the write and erase waveforms. A unique set of write and erase waveforms which are specifically designed to optimize the performance of high-resolution PDP´s are discussed.
