Abstract :
An experimental IBM computer circuit, with switching speeds faster than emitter-coupled logic, but with the low power level and small cell size of transistor-transistor logic, was announced February 25 at Compcon Spring. The circuit was invented by IBM engineers Richard R. Konian and James. L. Walsh, at IBM´s East Fishkill, N.Y., facility.
