Abstract
The introduction of the climate change levy and pollution prevention and control legislation has placed a greater emphasis on plant maintenance. With pressure to ensure optimum performance and efficiency from all plant assets coming from every side-economic, environmental and political, the author looks at the services and technology available to help.
