Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the use of a reduced vector Preisach model for a preliminary analysis of rotating hysteresis in laminated Fe-Si steels. In particular, we present a simplified identification procedure based on the assumption that the material is single quadrant along the principal axis. We discuss the use of a numerical technique for the identification of the model parameters using hard and easy axis measurements.
