Abstract
The authors offer practical guidelines for companies to effectively structure service-level agreements (SLAs) for successful IT outsourcing. Specifically, they describe how foundation accords of SLAs are important to operationally oriented outsourcing, whereas change accords nurture relationships intended to achieve strategic benefits.
