Abstract
Semitransparent photoelectric imaging in the 1-2 micron wavelength range has been achieved for the first time with a transferred-electron InP-InGaAs photocathode. A limiting resolution of 20-22 line pairs per mm was measured at 1.6 microns wavelength.
