Abstract :
Presents a new theorem on the characterisation of a set of robust pole-placement controllers for a class of uncertain interval systems. The robust controller design is then posed as a quadratic programming problem. A new sensitivity analysis method, which characterises the allowable interval bounds for the uncertain system parameters, is also presented.
