Abstract :
The need for polyphase signals arises in many applications in communications, signal processing and power electronics. The literature contains a large number of such oscillators. Between these, the active-R oscillators are very attractive for monolithic realization. Unfortunately, a great discrepancy between the prediction of their linear analysis and the experimental results can be observed. Therefore, a new approach for the analysis of m-phase symmetrical active-R oscillators (SARO) using standard op amps is presented
