Abstract :
The effects of fluctuations of the supermodes radiated from the phased-locked array lasers on the far field are theoretically analyzed on the basis of coherence theory. As a result, the far-field patterns are deformed, with increases in the parameters proportional to the integrated intensity fluctuations and the spatial correlation length of fluctuations of the supermodes. However, the effect of fluctuations on the patterns becomes small with an increase in the number of the emitters of array lasers
