Abstract
Advertisement: IEEE is launching a program that will connect IEEE members with organizations to develop mobile apps for the benefit of humanity. App-E-Feat will include a contest - sponsored by IEEE-USA - in which people will draw or develop an app to serve such efforts. Examples include apps that facilitate medical care, assistance after a natural disaster or increased food production. See http://www.appefeat.org.
