  • Abstract
    A description is given of the US Army Communications-Electronics Command´s management metrics program, a common-sense approach for addressing the life-cycle problems facing program managers of mission-critical systems. The metrics set used by the program is examined, and its application is discussed. The planned upgrade to the baseline set of indicators is described.<>
