Abstract :
The customer-vendor interaction processes that are part of the evolution of advanced intelligent networks (A IN) are discussed. Specifically, Bellcore´s multi-vendor interactions (MVI) process and its participants are described. An evaluation of the performance and development of the MVI process is presented.<>
