Abstract :
A quad-phase surface acoustic wave filter is designed as a power divider/combiner for RF power amplifiers. Due to its function it is equivalent to a quadrature hybrid with embedded balun and filter, and when applied to a balanced dual-fed push-pull PA configuration the effectiveness is demonstrated
