Abstract :
For the original article see ibid., vol. 39, no. 12, p. 2089-2099 (1991). In the aforementioned paper, a good agreement between the numerical inversion of Laplace transform (NILT) and HSPICE is presented for the transient response of a transmission line system with lumped terminal and interconnecting networks. Here Sakagami provides some comments on the derived transient response. In reply the authors clarify several points and give a summary of some results obtained in a numerical verification.
